Return Policy
Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at store.technewa@gmail.com or whatsapp us at 03064345321 with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened headphones, used chargers, and personal tech accessories are non-returnable.
Return Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
